Hooker Elementary School

Welcome to Hooker Elementary School, Home of the BULLDOGS!  According to dictionary.com, the word “mascot” means, “a person, an animal, or an object believed to bring good luck, especially one kept as the symbol of an organization such as a sports team.”  The BULLDOG has long represented Hooker Public Schools as its symbolic mascot.  BULLDOGS are known for their courage and protective abilities.  A BULLDOG is persistent, never giving up easily.  The BULLDOG represents great qualities for each student to strive for, whether in the classroom or in extra-curricular activities.  So students, be courageous in all of your efforts, be protective of your classmates and teammates, and be persistent in the pursuit of your goals.
